Sahaja Shank mudra 

Sahaja shank mudra is a simpler version of Shank mudra, though the benefits are the same there are few expectations. As per the yoga physiology by practicing this mudra all the main 10 nerves activated and becomes strong. These nerves are Sushumna, ida, pingala, Gandhari, Hasti, jiva, poosha, yashwini, alamboosha, kuhoo and Shankini.

Mudra is a unique and one of the best techniques that can be used to attain any health benefit by continuous and regular practice.

Mudras are hand gestures that balance the five elements called the panchabooth (fire, earth, water, air, and space) in our body. Mudras help in balancing the three doshas in the body called the vatha, pittha, and the Kapha doshas.



How to perform this mudra:


Step 1: interlock your fingers and press the palms together.

Step 2: keep both the thumbs parallelly and apply gentle pressure and lay them on the index fingers.
