Rudra means terror, it is one of the names of lord shiva. worshipping lord shiva is believed to give liberation. practicing this mudra brings clarity in life and thoughts and one can get liberation from birth death cycle.

Mudra is a unique and one of the best techniques that can be used to attain any health benefit by continuous and regular practice.

Mudras are hand gestures that balance the five elements called the panchabooth (fire, earth, water, air, and space) in our body. Mudras help in balancing the three doshas in the body called the vatha, pittha, and the Kapha doshas.

step 1: sit comfortably with your back straight.
step 2: touch the tip of thumb, index finger and ring finger keping the other fingers straight.
step 3: breathe in and out through your nose and focus on your breathing.
step 4:Assume that you are seated in the middle of the wheel and the wheel is rotating fast. there is no effect on your body and it is stable while the wheel is still rotating fast. now even when you move away from the centre of the wheel you should be stable and steady. this comes only by practice.
