Thirumalai is a Jain heritage site in Tamilnadu that has ancient temples, hill-top temples.
There are 3 caves that were used by the Jain saints and the 2 temples that are dedicated to 22nd Tirthankara Neminatha Bhagavan. There is a 16-meter long statue of Tirthankara Neminatha Bhagavan that is the tallest of its kind in TamilNadu.
Location: The Jain temple in Thirumalai is located in between Arni and Polur of Tamil Nadu.
Main Deity: The main hill temple is dedicated to Thirthankar Neminatha. There is a temple for Lord Mahaveera at the foot of the hill. The temple in the Jain mutt is dedicated to the Panchakula devatha .
Simple History: The ancient basadis dates back to 10 - 12th century were constructed by kundavai Natchiar. The Jain mutt was established in 1998 by the then mattadhipati of Shravanabelagola.

Varahi Amman is one of Astha mathaas and her vahana is simha.

This temple is a rare of its kind in which there are Panchkula devatas under a single roof facing different directions.
The Pournami pooja offered to Panchkula devatha is a very special pooja that happens on all full moon days. Devotees from all over India visit this place. The construction of other basadis are also in progress. Swasthishree Dawalakeerthi bhattacharaka Swamiji is the Mattadipati here in Arahnthagiri. There is a school inside that is run by the matt. The free education and mid-day meal are provided by the Jain mutt.
Chakreshwari is the yakshi of the first Tirthankara Rishabhadeva and her vahana is Garuda.

History:
The ancient caves and statues date back to the 10th century. The statue of Thirthankar dates back to 10 -12 century and is said to have been constructed by kundavai natchiar. At the foot of The hill, there is a temple that is dedicated to Lord Mahaveera. Natural paintings in the caves were done during the 15th century. The Jain mutt at the foot of the hill has a very famous temple dedicated to the Panchkula devatas. The other basadis are also in progress. Those interested can provide their contributions to the mathadipathi of the Thirumalai mutt and seek the blessings of the Lord and the Devathas.
