How to perform this mudra:
Note: this mudra is different for right and left hand.
step 1: sit comfortably on the floor or a seat with your back straight. this mudra can also be performed by lying on the back.
step 2:
Right hand: The tip of the middle and little fingers should touch the tip of the thumb. the remaining fingers should be kept straight.
Left hand: place the first joint line of the thumb on the nail end of the index fingers, keeping the other fingers straight.

step 3: concentrate on your breathing and practice this mudra.
