Adhi mudra or TSE mudra - to achieve desires in life

Adhi mudra oe TSE mudra is beneficial while practicing meditation. it deepens the concentrentration, improves the intelligence and freshens the mind . practicing it regularly will fade away worries, fears and other factors in life that is disturbing you to live comfortably in life. it is also called the three secret mudra and the first mudra.
Mudra is a unique and one of the best techniques that can be used to attain any health benefit by continuous and regular practice.
Mudras are hand gestures that balance the five elements called the panchabooth (fire, earth, water, air, and space) in our body. Mudras help in balancing the three doshas in the body called the vatha, pittha, and the Kapha doshas.
How to perform this mudra:
step 1: sit comfortably in a position with your back straight.
step 2: bring you palm in front and look at it. now fold the thumb to the base of the little finger.
step3: now fold the other fingers over it and hold the fist gently without pressing it hard.
step 4: concentrate on your breathe and chant "OM" foor seven times. practice this several times.
step 5: now open your fingers slowly by exhaling and imagine that you are filled with positivity and happiness.
Benefits of the mudra:

- improves the flow of oxygen to the brain and keeps you fresh and active.
- increases oxygen supply to lungs and hence increases the lung capacity.

when and how long should the mudras be performed:
These mudras can be performed at any point of time in a day. one has to start by holding this mudra for 5 minutes and can be stretched up to 45 minutes a day.
Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water and juices for effective results.
