Varun-water-Jal mudra

varuna means rain in sanskrit. this varuna mudra balances the water element in the body. it is used in meditation, yoga and many therapeutic remedies to certain problems. people who are suffering form excess vatha dosha can practice this mudra.

how to perform this mudra:

step 1: sit comfortably in a relaxing posture. keep your mind and body calm.

step 2: gently touch the tip of the little finger and the thumb finger.

step 3: keep the other fingers stretched out.
