step 1: to perform this mudra you back has to be stiff and steady. vajrasana and padmasana are the best sitting postures to practice this mudra.
step 2 : join the tip of the thumb to the tip of the middle finger
step 3: keep all the other fingers straight and focus. keep your mudra on the lap so that palm side is facing upwards.
