Mudras are hand gestures that balance the five elements called the panchabooth (fire, earth, water, air, and space) in our body. Mudras help in balancing the three doshas in the body called the vatha, pitta, and the Kapha doshas.
step 1: sit down in a comfortable place, padmasana or vajrasana is advisable. one can even sit on a chair in a straight posture and practice this mudra.
step 2: bring both hands near your chest, touch the thumbs, little fingers, and palm of both hands.
step 3: open up the other fingers in the form of a flower bud.
step 4: keep it stable and close your eyes, now take deep slow breaths and breath out.
