How To practice this mudra:
Step 1: Place your hands just before your chest.
Step 2: Grasp the right thumb with your left hand and wrap your fingers firmly around it.
step 3: Now bring the remaining fingers of the right hand into place so that they make contact with your left thumb so that it resembles a shell.
step 4: Maintain this mudra with your hands at chest level and keep your eyes closed for as long as you can.
