This method of curing was used by great yogis and siddhars to balance the five important elements in the body.
Mudras are hand gestures that balance the five elements called the panchabooth (fire, earth, water, air, and space) in our body. Mudras help in balancing the three doshas in the body called the vatha, pittha, and the Kapha doshas.

How to perform this mudra?
Step 1: Gently bend the middle finger and press it against the base of the thumb.
Step 2: Now, with the thumb, press the first phalanx bone of the middle finger by the tip of the thumb.
Step 3: Keep the remaining fingers straight up without any tension.
